Ernie Holling |

| Founded InTech in 1986, Ernie has 34 years experience in voice and data systems. He specializes in providing crisis intervention at the enterprise level and developing technology strategy for complex, multi-site/vendor environments and contact centers. He also specializes in multinational integration and migration. | |

Prior to forming InTech, Ernie was Vice President, Operations, and Information Officer for Harron Communications, with responsibility for thirteen cable and broadcast divisions as well as company-wide customer service, operations, and technology. Previously, he was Director of Data Systems (CIO) for Storer Communications, Inc., where he managed all data operations and information systems, including telephony, for 150 sites. Earlier, Ernie co-founded Compu/Net, a venture capital-funded software company supporting the broadcast industry, which was later sold to Control Data. Ernie studied economics and political science at American International College. He is a member of the Project Manager Institute, the Telecommunications Industry Association, the Utilities Telecommunications Council, and is a past vice president of the board of directors for the Society of Telecommunications Consultants. He is also a member of the consultant liaison program for all the major telecommunications manufacturers, and is a founding member of a consultants’ council for one of the world’s largest manufacturers. |

Erik Holling |

| Leads project management for large, complex projects. Erik’s specialty is leading multinational teams in projects involving multiple sites, vendors and suppliers. Since joining InTech in 1999, Erik’s assignments have ranged from leading a global voice and data migration project in 60+ countries to providing strategic assessments and recommendations for the call centers in several leading hospitals. | |

Sixteen years experience in the research and application of technology to health care and communications. Prior to joining InTech, Erik was a published research associate for Harvard Medical School’s Children’s Hospital, where his research in applying technology to newborn care, diagnosis and child development earned him the prestigious National Mortimer M. Sackler Scholar award from Harvard University. Previously, he was teacher and researcher at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Autistic Children, where he conducted research in the use of touch-screen technology for non-verbal communications. Erik holds a B.A. in anthropology from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master’s in Public Health (Epidemiology and Biostatistics) from Boston University. He later attended the Babson School of Business Management, focusing on corporate entrepreneurship. He is a public speaker and trainer, conducting workshops on human/technology interface topics such as “Enhancing the Customer Touchpoint.” |

Mike Daveler |

| Project manager specializing in data and voice security and network infrastructure concentrations. Since joining the InTech team in 1995, Mike has focused on projects involving data security, network infrastructure and architecture design, project management, and strategic planning. | |

Mike has 17 years of experience in telecommunications, multi-platform installations, and data architecture. Prior to working with InTech, Mike was Chief Information Officer for Cohen, Shapiro, Polisher, Shiekman and Cohen, a large regional law firm, where he was responsible for strategic planning and day-to-day operations for the multi-platform computer and telecommunications systems. Under his leadership, the firm’s technology capabilities and performance grew to exceed that of many of the top firms in the region. Previously, Mike worked with various major law firms to develop computerized systems for tracking complex litigation cases. Mike holds a B.A. in political science from Lebanon Valley College. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional, a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is certified in Security+. |

Laura has 27 years of experience in marketing, training, and project management in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining InTech, Laura was Director, Marketing Operations for Nortel , with responsibility for the development and delivery of customer and partner marketing programs. Previously, Laura was Senior Manager for Consultant and Customer Programs, responsible for managing the development and delivery of programs to educate consulting firms and industry analysts on Nortel products. While at Nortel she also served as Senior Technical Instructor/Designer, delivering Nortel technical instruction courseware. Prior to Nortel, Laura was a Senior System Design Specialist for Southwestern Bell Telecom. |
