Leading Travel Insurance Provider Taps InTech for Global Telecommunications Plan
InTech was chosen by a leading provider of travel insurance services to develop a long-term, cost-effective strategic global telecommunications solution. As a global travel service provider, the client’s contact centers are open 24x7x365, handling over 40 million calls annually across the Western hemisphere. The project includes using in-country InTech team members to perform a detailed assessment of current telecomm applications, infrastructure and support; developing a cost-optimization strategy; reviewing all available market solutions; and recommending a solution that aligns with business and financial requirements. InTech’s strategic technology design will enable business process changes to enhance the client’s service offerings and improve ROI for multiple applications, including inbound/outbound connectivity, wireless, conferencing, voice and data infrastructure, and contact center hardware, applications and call flows. InTech was selected for its extensive experience across a wide range of environments and manufacturers, as well as its track record of saving clients in excess of $7 million annually on similar optimization projects.
InTech to Develop New IVR for City Government
A major Southwestern city has selected InTech to manage the replacement of its existing IVR system. Located in the nation’s fourth largest region, the city serves approximately 250,000 residents and handles over 300,000 calls per year. InTech will work with the city to define and document business requirements and provide project planning, systems design, vendor selection, migration planning, and implementation of the new system. InTech Develops $30+ million RFP for Fortune 500 Company
InTech recently completed development of a complex RFP to outsource network managed services for a global diversified financial services company. The project involved defining and consolidating the requirements for four lines of business, identifying best practices for managed services, and defining service level agreements for six service management areas: Network, Contact Centers, Network Security, Telephony, Professional Services, and Cabling.
