Multinational telecom company
A life sciences customer needed to migrate current Split Tunnel Routing at 340+ sites worldwide to SD-WAN, a more agile solution with better connectivity, to fulfill future data and voice transmission needs.
InTech-managed field engineers were delivered to all sites within 48-hours, performing migrations during off-business hours to avoid downtime. InTech’s project manager worked on the client’s project management team as a fully integrated external consultant, providing daily reports and taking part in weekly reporting meetings to the customer. All field engineer work was done in accordance with strict FDA requirements governing life sciences companies. This included security and NDA training; communications with field engineers during on-boarding; instruction, execution, testing, and reporting on the installation. InTech delivered the FDA-required documentation, including physical asset tagging of devices and plans for disposal or return of old equipment to the client.
Field engineers were able to provide the quick migration to SD-WAN that the customer needed at all sites without downtime. All work and documentation were consistent with government regulations, for a successful and timely migration and a satisfied customer.
