He specializes in providing crisis intervention at the enterprise level and developing technology strategy for complex, multi-site/vendor environments. He also specializes in multinational integration and migration.He is a member of the Project Manager Institute, the Telecommunications Industry Association, the Utilities Telecommunications Council, and is a past vice president of the board of directors for the Society of Telecommunications Consultants. He is also a member of the consultant liaison program for all the major telecommunications manufacturers and is a founding member of a consultants’ council for one of the world’s largest manufacturers.

Erik has over 25 years of experience providing executive-level operational, technical, marketing, and strategic leadership to global companies and private equity firms. He builds and maintains environments in which highly motivated people, sharing the same beliefs and principles, work together to reach common goals. He helps organizations focus on long term strategies while concurrently assisting in the development and execution of tactical solutions that integrate into a larger strategic plan. He has a keen ability to create and sustain internal and external customer experiences that lead to long-term customer relationships and company profit. After extensive research and independent consulting, Erik was honored with the National Sackler Scholar Award and an academic appointment at Harvard Medical School. Erik attended the Babson School of Business Management focusing on corporate entrepreneurship.
